Reference
Reference is the lookup layer: exact values, closed enum sets, wire shapes, specs and the cross-cutting rules the rest of the docs lean on. These pages are meant to be scanned, not read front-to-back.
If you want to do something step-by-step, you are in the wrong section — go to a guide. If you want to understand an idea, go to Core Concepts. Reference answers "what is the exact status / value / rule?".
Map of Reference
Vocabulary & lifecycles

Scheduling & airtime
| Page | What it gives you |
|---|---|
| Scheduling & dayparting | The two time-window value objects, date scopes, overnight anchor rule and flight rules. Dense — the definitive time-gating reference. |
| Stream types | The three demand streams (IO / SSP / Playlist), the fourth Filler fallback, and how a Mix Policy splits airtime. |

Capacity, repairs & errors
| Page | What it gives you |
|---|---|
| Repair catalogue | The full "Make it fit" repair kinds and their tie-break order. |
| Errors | Typed domain errors and ProblemDetails codes → meaning → fix. |
Specs

|---|---|
| Media specs | Accepted media types, size limits and processing behaviour. |

| Limits | Field lengths, numeric bounds and other hard caps. |
Cross-cutting
| Page | What it gives you |
|---|---|
| Activity & history | Per-entity Activity and Audit timelines, and what "history" does and doesn't cover. |
| Conventions & caveats | The truths repeated everywhere, stated once: tenant isolation, impersonation-as-scoping, advertiser anonymisation, "yield is advisory", "Mix Policy is operator-set", and the audit-log note. Other pages link here instead of restating. |
